A lot is in the works for Brad Keselowski as he looks to grow his NASCAR Cup Series team in 2025. Through a recent post on X, formerly known as Twitter, the 40-year-old Rochester native announced several vacancies and made a special call to join RFK Racing’s engineering team.

Keselowski left Team Penske in 2021 and purchased an ownership stake in what was earlier known as Roush Fenway Racing. The team got rebranded as Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing or RFK Racing in 2022, fielding two full-time entries in the Cup Series, the No. 6 driven by the the then-38-year-old himself and the No. 17 driven by Chris Buescher.

The Ford team rounded up a successful season that witnessed Keselowski winning his first race with RFK Racing at Darlington Raceway in May, and thus making the playoffs. They are now all set to expand to a three-car team in 2025 with Ryan Preece on board. Preece, who drove for Stewart-Haas Racing through the last two seasons, will bring in a sponsorship from Kroger.

“2024 marked a year of growth at @RFKracing, with many new faces joining the team and pushing us to new heights,” Brad Keselowski wrote in his post. “There’s a lot to be excited about in 2025 and we’re still looking to grow, especially in our race engineering department… Join me and over 200 employees in building a successful team together!”

Keselowski finished 13th on points in 2024 whereas Buescher finished 17th, the highest standing for a non-playoff driver. Last year, the duo finished 8th and seventh, respectively. Armed with a new full-time entry for the first time since 2016, the North. Carolina-based outfit now eyes new heights of success.

Brad Keselowski reflects on “season of change” for the No. 6 team

Brad Keselowski will reunite with his old crew chief Jeremy Bullins in 2025. Through 2020 and 2021, Bullins led Keselowski to five wins in the Cup Series, 23 top-5s, and 41 top-10s. Needless to say, Keselowski is excited to see what he can accomplish with his old Team Penske crew chief in the years to come.

“2025 is another season of change for myself and the 6 team and I’m excited to bring Jeremy Bullins back as the new crew chief,” Brad Keselowski recently said on Instagram. “With so much success together, with five wins in the NASCAR Cup Series, nearly winning the championship in 2020, three owner’s title in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, he and I have really clicked our entire career.”

Bullins will replace Keselowski's former crew chief Matt McCall in 2025 and beyond. A native of Walnut Grove, Bullins served as the crew chief for Harrison Burton behind the wheel of the No. 21 Wood Brothers Racing car in the Cup Series during the entirety of the 2023 postseason and then for 34 races in 2024.

Notably, it’s Bullins who aided Burton to win his first-ever race at the Cup level back in August at Daytona International Speedway, also the 100th win for Wood Brothers Racing.
