Kyle Busch's wife, Samantha Busch, has made some changes in her lifestyle amid the winter season. She shared one of her changes on her Instagram account, sharing a short clip of her taking a red light therapy with a hilarious caption.

Red light therapy uses low levels of red light and helps stimulate collagen production, giving skin its structure, strength, and elasticity. The therapy primarily focuses on wrinkles, scars, redness, and acne. However, there is still research on the therapy going on and several discussions on the internet.

Samantha Busch highlighted the changes she has been through since she married her husband Kyle Busch and wrote:

"My husband, looking at his conspiracy-theory-loving, crunch granola wife, wondering where his diet-Coke-drinking, tanning-bed-loving girlfriend went."

The wife of Richard Childress Racing driver highlighted that life evolves with time and asked for her fans' approval for the same. She wrote:

"Character development they call it 😂🤷‍♀️ Life evolves, and so do we—who else has made some big (or small) changes recently? Share yours below! 👇"

Kyle Busch married Samantha Busch on December 31, 2010, and has been married for nearly 14 years. The couple has been through thick and thin. Once Samantha made an off-table plan with Busch with his former boss after Busch was wrecked.

“Joe and Samantha have made that decision”: Kyle Busch's wife made an off-the-table plan after his wreck

Two-time Cup Series Kyle Busch began the 2015 season with the Xfinity Series opening race at Daytona International Speedway. However, he got involved in a fatal accident, breaking his right leg and shattering his left foot. Reflecting on the same, Busch's wife and his then-boss, Joe Gibbs, came to a "decision."

The crash resulted in Busch missing the first 11 races of the 2015 NASCAR Cup Series season. His right leg had a metal rod and screws, while his left foot had two plates. However, the Cup Series driver recovered from the major injury and was back on the field in a short time.

After Kyle Busch's accident, Samantha Busch and Joe Gibbs Racing owner decided that Busch should avoid the Xfinity and Truck Series superspeedway races. But he was free to race in the Cup Series on the Superspeedway tracks.

Before kicking off the 2016 season, Busch highlighted that JGR was experimenting with the Xfinity Series, and the restrictor plate was not in his cards.

“No restrictor-plate races, I’m out of that stuff. No more plate races because my wife won’t let me. And (team owner) Joe (Gibbs). Joe and Samantha have made that decision. I was thinking about it but they were like ‘no.'" (via NASCAR)

Despite missing out on 11 races in the regular season, Kyle Busch won the 2015 Cup Series Championship, scoring five wins in the season.
