Connor Hall is set to make his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut at the Richmond Raceway on August 10th, 2024. He will be making his first appearance in the national series with McAnally-Hilgemann Racing (MHR).

Much like any aspiring racer, Hall began his racing career with go-karts. After competing in several karting competitions, both local and national, he progressed into the world of stock car racing with legend cars and late models, eventually ending in the ARCA Menards touring series in 2019 and 2020.

Under the mentorship of legendary Chad Bryant, Hall was able to make good progress at the NASCAR regional level. The young driver also moved into the national championship under the guidance of Bryant. Driving the #77 Toyota, Hall managed to clinch the 2023 Weekly Series championship title.

As of now, the 27-year-old racer is leading in both the Tour Late Model Stock championship and the Virginia Triple Crown standings. He is also looking at defending the championship title this year.

Witnessing his growth over the years, McAnally-Hilgemann Racing is gearing up to introduce Connor Hall into the Craftsman Truck Series championship. Given his form in 2024, fans can witness some action in the upcoming Cook Out 400 race at Richmond Raceway on August 10th. Joining the #91 team, Hall will be led by crew chief Darren Fraley, who is popular in all three national series (Truck, Xfinity, and Cup).

During a media interaction after the announcement, a journalist questioned Hall whether he is setting expectations for a win at Richmond.

"That would be a dream come true. But I think getting out there with the top 10 would be probably one of the most successful days that I could probably hope for and plan for," Connor Hall said (3:41 onwards).
My goal is just to lay a solid foundation, and try to show people that I can hopefully succeed at the next level," he added (4:01).

"He has the talent to win races and has shown the determination to do it" - Bill McAnally praised Connor Hall's racecraft and dedication ahead of his Truck Series debut

Ahead of his debut at Richmond Raceway, Bill McAnally praised the rising NASCAR weekly series driver Connor Hall. The co-owner of McAnally-Hilgemann Racing appreciated the Virginia-based racer's latent abilities and determination to keep pushing during the recent media interaction after the announcement.

“We’re really looking forward to having Connor drive for us at Richmond. He has been one of the best late model drivers in the nation over the past couple of years," McAnally said, explaining the team's decision to put Hall in the Truck Series.
"He has the talent to win races and has shown the determination to do it. All that he needed was an opportunity and we’re glad to be able to make this a reality,” he further added.

Apart from racing, Connor Hall also works full-time as a broker at the 'Bluewater Yacht Sales' in Hampton, Virginia.
