Who won the NASCAR Truck Series race today?
Driving the #9 Chevrolet for CR7 Motorsports, Grant Enfinger, who has already locked into championship 4, claimed his second straight win of the 2024 NASCAR Truck Series season after a masterful fuel-save strategy in Saturday afternoon’s playoff race at the 1.5-mile Homestead track.
With back-to-back wins, NASCAR Truck Series veteran Enfinger has increased his momentum going into the championship 4 race at Phoenix Raceway after two weeks.
In a race where several drivers ran out of fuel, Enfinger not only saved enough to cross the finish in P1, but also secured the win by a big margin.
Enfinger led the race high 32 laps and crossed the finish line by an impressive margin of 17.516 seconds ahead of Ty Majeski to grab the checkered flag in the Baptist Health 200. It marked his 12th career Truck Series win for Enfinger.
After passing a couple of drivers who ran out of gas in the final two laps, Ty Majeski managed to finish second, followed by Connor Mosack, Corey Heim, and Tyler Ankrum in the top five. Stewart Friesen, Daniel Dye, Rajah Caruth, Christian Eckes, and Taylor Gray completed the top 10.
