Driving the #16 Chevrolet for Kaulig Racing, AJ Allmendinger secured his first win of the 2024 Xfinity season at Las Vegas and advanced to the Championship 4 of the Playoffs.

Allmendinger emerged victorious when he grabbed the lead from Ryan Seig with laps to go and then fended off the late charge of Sieg in the closing laps to cross the finish line in P1.

The 42-year-old California native led 102 of 201 laps and crossed the finish line with an impressive margin of 0.156 seconds ahead of Seig to grab the checkered flag. The win marked Allmendinger’s second at the 1.5-mile Vegas track and the 18th of his NASCAR Xfinity Series career.

Meanwhile, Ryan Seig finished runner-up, followed by Justin Allgaier, Chandler Smith, and Parker Kligerman in the top five. Jesse Love, Riley Herbst, Cole Custer, Sheldon Creed, and Austin Hill completed the top 10.
