Niece Motorsports is set to have Christian Rose get behind the wheel of the team's #44 truck full-time in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series in 2025. Rose had previously made two starts in the Truck Series back in 2023.
The team broke the news via X that Rose will be in their full-time driver lineup next season, writing:
"Some roses are red, but others wear Niece blue. ... Excited to welcome @CRoseRacing to the #44 FULL TIME in 2025!"
The news was also confirmed by racing insider Bob Pockrass, who posted a message via X.
"Christian Rose to drive No. 44 truck for Niece in 2025," he wrote.
The news of Rose's signing sparked reactions from race fans via social media. One user was critical of Niece Motorsports' latest signing, believing that Rose doesn't have the skill to pilot the truck.
"Why? He's bad," they wrote.
There were other race fans who chimed in with their dissatisfaction with Rose taking a full-time Truck Series role in 2025. One wrote:
"Christian Rose was one of the biggest spenders in Arca last year and struggled to get into the top 10"
"We all know that Honeycutt will be driving the only competitive Niece truck," opined another.
While some users voiced their negative feedback to Niece Motorsports' announcement, others offered their positive opinions about Rose getting a full-time Truck Series role. One user said:

"Welcome to the team, Christian!" commented another.
"Congratulations 🎊," wrote a third user.
Rose will be teammates alongside Kaden Honeycutt, the two will also be joined by Matt Mills, who will pilot the third full-time Niece Motorsports truck.
Prior to the signing with Niece Motorsports, Rose drove full-time in the ARCA Menards Series in 2024, behind the wheel of the #32 AM Racing Ford. In 20 starts, Rose posted three top fives, 10 top 10s, and finished fifth in the points standings.

Amid race fans' positive and negative comments on the announcement, Christian Rose took to X to show his appreciation for signing with Niece Motorsports ahead of the 2025 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series season. The 29-year-old from Martinsburg, West Virginia looks forward to competing against the Truck Series field.
In a post via X, Rose wrote:
"Man I’m super excited to get to work with @NieceMotorsport . Ready to get to work, see yall at the track!"
Prior to racing, Rose had a career in baseball as he played at the Division-I collegiate level. Rose was a pitcher at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where he played in 2017 and 2018.
