Zane Smith’s wife McCall celebrates major personal milestone ‘with my forever’

McCall Smith celebrated her first wedding anniversary with future Front Row Motorsports driver, Zane Smith, as she shared pictures from their wedding. Smith proposed to her in April of 2022 during the Craftsman Truck Series race weekend. He went on to win the championship that year with four victories in his bag.

The couple then got married in January of 2024. They had known each other for a long time since their teen years.

McCall Smith has remained fairly active on her social media and has often posted their wedding pictures on her Instagram. On the eve of their anniversary, she shared yet another picture, calling it one of the "best days" of their lives.

"One year with my forever. Best days of our lives," she wrote on her story.

Over the years, McCall has gained over 12k followers on the platform. Not a lot is known about her professional life, however, she did have a Makeup by McCall service for wedding makeup active prior to her wedding.

McCall Smith shares her struggle with perioral dermatitis days after her wedding with Zane Smith

Although McCall Smith usually spreads positivity through her Instagram account, she recently took to the platform to share one of the most difficult situations she has faced in her life.

McCall revealed that she had noticed a small rash on her face days before her wedding with Zane Smith. She eventually covered it up with makeup and forgot about it later as it disappeared. However, it soon reappeared with severe symptoms. This was the start of her struggle with perioral dermatitis.

"As time went on, my face went back to pretty clear, but here and there I would have a tiny flare up of that rash again! So at this point, I started to Google and look up on TikTok (haha I know, don't hate) my symptoms with what I had going on, and started to compare. After doing research, and then eventually going to a dermatologist, I have what is called 'PERIORAL DERMATITS.'"

McCall further revealed that this took a mental toll on her as it was something that she had never gone through in her life. Sharing how she managed to battle it, McCall mentioned that it was quite difficult for her to manage the symptoms.

"My self confidence was so destroyed for a really long time (before I got it under control) because it wasn't something I was ever used to. I was so embarrassed to be in public. I was so embarrassed to even be around Zane and family in our own house. I know that sounds crazy but really, no one understands how much acne/dermatitis can take a tole on your self confidence."

McCall Smith managed to make a full recovery and has been posting actively on her social media since. As for Zane Smith, he is prepared to drive in the Cup Series with Front Row Motorsports in 2025.
