Todd Gilliland is a NASCAR Cup Series driver, racing the No. 38 Ford Mustang Dark Horse for Front Row Motorsports. Described by his teammate Michael McDowell as young, talented, promising, and hardworking in an interview with Beyond the Flag, he is an up-and-coming driver recently promoted in 2022 to drive full-time in the Cup Series.
Todd’s passion for motorsports, especially NASCAR, stems from his father David Gilliland, as he was a NASCAR driver himself and currently owns Tricon garage, which primarily competes in the Truck series.
Gilliland started driving when he was just a three-year-old toddler when his parents bought him a Barbie Corvette, which was painted black. Later, he started driving quarter midgets on neighborhood dirt tracks, and after two years, he began racing competitively.

Overall, he scored 34 wins throughout his quarter midget racing career. Todd Gilliland is yet to win a race in the NASCAR Cup Series as of September 2024.
