Darrell Arthur: A Brief Biography
Darrell Antwonne Arthur is an American professional basketball player who last played for the Denver Nuggets of the National Basketball Association, He has also played for the Memphis Grizzlies, he is a power forward.
He played college basketball for the Kansas Jayhawks, He was part of the NCAA Championship winning team in 2008 and Arthur was named to the All-Big 12 first team.
Arthur was selected by the New Orleans Hornets as the 27th overall pick in the 2008 NBA draft, but he eventually ended up at Memphis after a series of trades. He had the best season of his career in 2010-11 when he averaged 9.1 points and 4.3 rebounds per game.
On June 27, 2013, Arthur was traded to the Denver Nuggets, On March 31, 2016, he scored a career-high 24 points off the bench in a 101–95 loss to the New Orleans Pelicans.
