Josh Giddey is an Australian professional basketball player who plays various positions such as a small forward, power forward, or a shooting guard for the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA. Giddey was raised in Yarraville and went to St Kevin's College from years 7 to 10 in Melbourne. Josh Giddey started his professional career a year before declaring for the NBA draft. He signed a deal with the Adelaide 36ers at the age of just 17. He recorded back-to-back triple-doubles, making him the youngest Australian in NBL history to accomplish both feats.
