Ash Ketchum's mother, Delia Ketchum, is a restaurant owner in Pallet Town in the Pokemon anime. She sacrificed her dream of becoming a model and a Trainer right after she gave birth to Ash. The day Ash got his hands on his first Pocket Monster, Pikachu, Delia was there to cheer her son up.

Delia is quite terrifying when angry, and nobody is safe from her wrath, not even her son Ash Ketchum. However, she is usually calm, quiet, and cheerful in the Pokemon anime. From deeply caring for her son to giving him words of encouragement, Delia reminds us of the role a mother's encouragement has in her child's growth.

Jessie, James, and their talking Meowth partner are characters that will always remain favorites for Pokemon anime fans. Being loyal members of Team Rocket, Jessie, James, and Meowth do everything to get their hands on Pokemon like Ash's Pikachu across all seasons of the series.

Jessie has a slightly rude, self-centered personality, and only cares much about her appearance, hair, face, and beauty. On the other hand, James's character is different from that of Jessie’s and Meowth's. However, he goes along with the plans the other two propose, reflecting a submissive personality.
