Top Pokemon to catch in Pokemon GO Strength of Steel (Ultra Unlock Part 2)
1) Skarmory
In a Steel-type-focused event, if trainers don’t get their hands on Skarmory, they are missing a great opportunity to bag a beast that performs very well in the Great League. Moreover, it can be used in a team for the Ultra League as well.
During the Pokemon GO Strength of Steel event, keep an eye out for wild spawns of Skarmory in Snow and Windy areas to find it. Additionally, this Steel-type Pocket Monster from Johto can be obtained by winning one-star raids, completing the Strength of Steel Timed Research task, and/or taking part in the collection challenge.
2) Galarian Stunfisk
The Pokemon GO Strength of Steel event allows trainers to catch Galarian Stunfisk. There are two ways to go about doing this. The first method involves encountering and catching a wild Galarian Stunfisk. The second way you can get this creature is by completing the This Ore That collection challenge.
The entity can be found in locations with Sunny and Snow weather conditions in the wild. Since it is a powerful creature for Pokemon GO PvP's Great League and Ultra League, it would be best if you spend your time hunting in the wild to encounter a good IV Galarian Stunfisk.
3) Togedemaru
Shiny Togedemaru was released in the game with the start of the Pokemon GO Strength of Steel (Ultra Unlock Part 2). So, whether you find a regular or a shiny variant of this Pocket Monster, just know that you have gotten the most OK Steel and Electric-type Pokemon for the Great League, the Fossil Cup, and the Fantasy Cup. However, unfortunately, it is not good in the Ultra and Master Leagues.
Togedemaru is available in the wild, in raids, as part of the Pokemon encounter rewards for the Field and Timed research tasks, and also in the Chrome Catch Collection Challenge. Remember, the natural habitats of Togedemaru are Rainy and Snowy locations.
4) Steelix
Steelix’s design is inspired by the skeleton of a snake, and because of this, it looks dangerous. During the Pokemon GO Strength of Steel, 3-star Steelix raids are available. By winning them, you may get a chance to encounter Shiny Steelix since it is also included in this event. However, your chances of encountering this form are low.
Steelix is an excellent contender for the Great League, Ultra League, Fossil Cup, and Fantasy Cup. It is not great, but not bad in the Master League. This means that it is a top meta critter, so make sure you beat 3-star Steelix raids solo or with a squad.
5) Incarnate Forme Landorus
Not mentioning this Legendary Pokemon, an honorable member of the Forces of Nature, on this list would be a great injustice. Incarnate Forme Landorus has returned as a 5-star Raid Boss in Gyms. To beat it during the Pokemon GO Strength of Steel event, you have to create a team of the best counters.
The Shiny variant of Incarnate Forme Landorus is also available in the 5-star raid. Hence, those who get lucky will get an encounter with it.
