Niantic has been adding various forms to Pokemon GO as of late, with the fusions for Necrozma most recently being added to the mobile title. However, there are many special variations of certain monsters that have yet to make an appearance in the popular mobile game. With new content for the game showing no sign of stopping, there will be a time when every alternate form of every creature will be added to Pokemon GO.
Here are five of the forms in the main series that have yet to appear in the mobile game.

Five variants of creatures Niantic should bring to Pokemon GO
1) Paldean Tauros
Paldean Tauros is one of the latest regional variants added to the Scarlet and Violet titles. With Paldean creatures coming to the game, and Paldean Wooper even making an appearance, it would be interesting to see how Paldean Tauros would appear in the game, considering that its base Kantonian form can only be captured currently in North America.
Paldean Tauros comes in three different variations, with each having a different elemental typing. Each of these forms of Tauros could be restricted to certain regions. There is a type that is pure Fighting, Fighting and Fire, and Fighting and Water. With region-locked creatures usually coming in sets of three, this would fit for Paldean Tauros.
2) Galarian Corsola
Galarian Corsola is a Ghost-type that had a decent niche in Pokemon Sword and Shield, but its true prowess came from its new evolution, Cursola. If Galarian Corsola were to come to Pokemon GO, its evolution would likely follow, giving competitive players the potential for another great Ghost-type to add to their Battle Party.
Since this variant of Corsola is a regional form, it would most likely be received almost exclusively through hatching 7 kilometer eggs. Since a lot of players already prioritize collecting these eggs for Galarian Stunfisk, Hisuian Sneasel, and Hisuian Growlithe, players would most likely welcome the addition of another viable regional form into the hatch pool.
3) Hisuian Goodra
Hisuian Goodra is the new Pseudo-Legendary added in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. This form of the Kalos Pseudo has a new additional Steel typing in its arsenal, making it even tankier, as well as allowing it to take less damage from Fairy-type attacks.
Since Hisuian Goodra shares a typing with Dialga, it would be safe to assume that this version of the creature would fit much better in Pokemon GO's competitive ladder. With it evolving from Hisuian Sliggoo, it will be interesting to see how Niantic chooses to handle the acquisition of this creature.
4) Mega Mewtwo X
Mewtwo is already one of the most valuable and highly sought-after creatures in all of Pokemon GO. While this may be the case, its Mega Evolutions have yet to make an appearance in the games. If Mega Mewtwo X were to come to the mobile title, it would make much better use of Focus Blast, allowing it to take part in stronger raids against a more varied spread of bosses.
If Mega Mewtwo X were to come to the game soon, Niantic would most likely tweak Mewtwo's moveset to potentially give it an additional Fighting-type move, allowing players to utilize this form more consistently like its alternate version.
5) Mega Mewtwo Y
Mega Mewtwo Y is another anticipated Mega Evolution that has yet to come to Pokemon GO. Being a pure Psychic-type, much like its base form, Mega Mewtwo Y greatly expands upon base Mewtwo's potential with higher attacking stats. This would most likely be mirrored in its integration with Niantic's mobile game.
With Mega Mewtwo Y having the same base stat total as Mega Rayquaza in the main series, it would be safe to assume that Mega Mewtwo Y coming to the game would most likely make it the best possible Psychic-type in the game. This could be why Niantic is so hesitant to release the original Legendary's Mega Evolutions.
