The Pokemon GO Fest 2024 event will conclude with the Global event. Before this, there will be a local event in New York, USA, which will bring back the Mythical Pokemon Marshadow via the Special Research storyline that was previously available to encounter in Sendai, Japan. The fest will also introduce the Shiny Jangmo-o family line: Shiny Jangmo-o, Shiny Hakamo-o, and Kommo-o.

With two more Fest events to partake in in July 2024, players will have the opportunity to obtain Necrozma. Lucky GO Fest: New York City ticket holders may encounter a Shiny Necrozma. The Prism Pokemon has two forms: Dusk Mane and Dawn Wings. To get a Dusk Mane Necrozma, fuse Necrozma with Solgaleo. For a Dawn Wings Necrozma, fuse Necrozma with Lunala.

The upcoming Community Day event in Pokemon GO in July 2024 will feature Tynamo and Shiny Tynamo, also known as the EleFish Pokemon. The event provides bonuses such as 1/4 Hatch Distance, 3-hour Incense effect, and 3-hour Lure Module effect.

The Electric-type Pokemon will appear in the wild, while its evolved form, Eelektrik, will take over Gyms as a 4-star Raid boss. However, trainers will only be able to join these raids when the main event of the Community Day concludes. The July Community Day event in 2024 is divided into two halves, where the first half is the main attraction and only important things will be celebrated during this phase.

Additionally, the second half of this Pokemon GO event will hold 4-star Eelektrik Raid Battles from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm local time. And if you evolve your Elektrik into Eelektross during the run, you’ll get an Eelektross that knows the Featured Attack Volt Switch.

5) GO Battle League rotations

The GO Battle League (GBL) will receive new updates in the Shared Skies season of Pokemon GO in July 2024. The first one is called the Ultra League and Great League Remix, which will run from July 6 to 13. Trainers will not be able to use 17 different types of Pocket Monsters in the Great League. Moreover, the new rotation restricts the use of 20 Ace Pokemon often sent out in this League.

From July 20 to 27, the GO Battle League will undergo another change. It will start the league in the normal way without limiting the use of Pokemon. Winners of the league battle will get Stardust and other valuable items as rewards.

As the final update for the GBL platform, Niantic will bring back the Fantasy Cup: Great League Edition. In this format, you will only be allowed to use Dragon, Fairy, and Steel-type Pokemon.

That’s it for the five things to look forward to in Pokemon GO in July 2024. Trainers should grab the opportunity to get the returning Ultra Beasts, new debutants, Shiny Pokemon, and many more exciting pieces of stuff.
