Appearance
An Alcremie's flavor determines the color of its body, which can be made up of several pastel shades, while Alcremie’s eye color matches the color of its Sweet. Alcremie’s body is made up of layers of whipped cream, with its head being made up of several clumps of whipped cream resembling a hair style, with two loop-like “bangs” on each side which are each topped with the Sweet it was given. Alcremie's lower body is made up of two dollops of whipped cream forming what resembles a dress with two three-fingered stout arms extending between the different layers of its body.
There are lines going alongside the curves of the different Alcremie layers. The potential flavor colors are: cream with pink stripes (Vanilla), light pink with pink stripes (Ruby), light green with green stripes (Matcha), light blue with blue stripes and white tips (Mint), yellow with yellow stripes and white tips (Lemon), white with blue stripes (Salted), cream with orange stripes and pink tips (Ruby Swirl), light orange with orange stripes and white tips (Caramel), and light yellow with light brown stripes, a light pink tip, yellow bangs, and a blue bottom (Rainbow).
Along with this the Sweet colors are: the red Strawberry Sweet, the pink Love Sweet, the blue Berry Sweet, the green Clover Sweet, the orange Flower Sweet, the yellow Star Sweet, and the purple Ribbon Sweet. Within its Gigantamax form, Alcremie becomes a five tier layered cake, each layer of the cake featuring a variety of sweets that can be used to evolve Milcery into Alcremie. Of these tiers: the bottom tier is frosted yellow and adorned with rows of star sweets and dotted frosting, the second tier is frosted pink with a magenta bow adorned with a clover sweet, the third tier is frosted blue and circumscribed with a row of flower sweets featuring an arch of berry sweets, the fourth tier is frosted pink and circumscribed with love sweets and three red clouds, with the middle red cloud being the largest.
Finally, the top tier of Gigantamax Alcremie resembles Alcremie's regular body with the addition of a bow and it's whipped hair being shaped in a swoop. Alcremie’s pre-evolution, Milcery, appears to be based on a drop of milk or a blob of cream.
Behavior
When a trainer gains Alcremie's trust, Alcremie will give them Berries with delicious cream, a trait which makes many chefs seek Alcremie as a partner. Alcremie throws sweet-scented cream at opponents in order to distract or blind the opponent in order to escape, since the opponent will lose the will to battle should they eat the cream. When the cream gets hit by a strong enough impact, it will harden depending on the blow. This can cause its giant berry decorations to be as hard as diamonds. Alcremie’s pre-evolution, Milcery, is said to be born from sweet smelling particles in the air with patisseries visited by Milcery being guaranteed success and good fortune. Alcremie and Milcery are a female-only species, though they can alter their own forms through a chemical transformation resembling alchemy. When Gigantamax Alcremie unleashes its super 100,000 kilocalorie missiles, it will cause the opponent who touches the cream to be filled with energy and euphoria before becoming confused. Finally, Alcremie is the only Pokemon capable of using the move Decorate and the exclusive G-Max Move G-Max Finale.

Alcremie has two abilities, Sweet Veil, which prevents the Pokemon and allies from falling asleep and it’s hidden ability, Aroma Veil, which protects allies from attacks that limit their move choices. Of these two, Aroma Veil is effective if your team is dependent on specific moves, though Sweet Veil is more useful overall.
