All featured attacks during Pokemon GO Wild Area

Several exclusive moves will be available during Pokemon GO Wild Area Global. These are mostly Community Day attacks for certain Pocket Monsters, and they will be available from 10 am to 6:15 pm local time on November 23 and 24, 2024. Some of these are top-notch moves with viability in PvP and/or PvE arenas and are worth working for.

Venusaur - Frenzy Plant

• How to get: Capture Venusaur in the wild, from 3-star raids, or evolve Ivysaur.
• PvP viability: Part of Venusaur's best moveset. (Also applicable to Shadow Venusaur)
• PvE viability: Part of Mega Venusaur's best moveset.

Pidgeot - Gust

• How to get: Capture Pidgeot in the wild or evolve Pidgeotto.
• PvP viability: Part of Pidgeot's best moveset after the Wing Attack nerf in GBL Season 20 balance changes.
• PvE viability: Irrelevant.

Poliwrath - Counter

• How to get: Capture Poliwrath in the wild or evolve Poliwhirl.
• PvP viability: Part of Poliwrath's best moveset despite the Counter nerf in GBL Season 20 balance changes. (Also applicable to Shadow Poliwrath)
• PvE viability: Irrelevant.

Gyarados - Aqua Tail

• How to get: Capture Gyarados in the wild or evolve Magicarp.
• PvP viability: Part of Gyarados' best moveset. (Also applicable to Shadow Gyarados)
• PvE viability: Irrelevant.

Feraligatr - Hydro Cannon

• How to get: Capture Feraligatr in the wild or evolve Croconaw.
• PvP viability: Part of Feraligatr's best moveset. (Also applicable to Shadow Feraligatr)
• PvE viability: Can be used in low-tier raids and Gyms.

Luxray - Psychic Fangs

• How to get: Capture Luxray in the wild or evolve Luxio.
• PvP viability: Part of Luxray's best moveset but the creature itself is not very good in GBL.
• PvE viability: Irrelevant.

Dialga Origin Forme - Roar of Time

• How to get: Capture Dialga Origin from 5-star raids (chance)
• PvP viability: Part of Dialga Origin's best moveset in the Master League.
• PvE viability: Makes Dialga Origin one of the best Dragon-type attackers.

Palkia Origin Forme - Spacial Rend

• How to get: Capture Palkia Origin from 5-star raids (chance)
