  • HP: 100
  • Attack: 165
  • Defense: 150
  • Sp. Atk: 85
  • Sp. Def: 130
  • Speed: 50
  • Total: 680

Calyrex Ice Rider fuses Calyrex with Glastrier, introduced in Pokemon Sword and Shield’s Crown Tundra expansion. This Psychic/Ice type fusion is the embodiment of physical strength and durability, boasting high physical attack and defensive stats.

Its ability, As One, combines Unnerve and Chilling Neigh, the latter boosting its Attack after knocking out an opponent. Despite its formidable bulk and power, its low speed makes it more susceptible to faster opponents. That, and the fact that it has six type weaknesses places it at the bottom of our ranking.

5) Calyrex Shadow Rider

  • Defense: 80
  • Sp. Atk: 165
  • Sp. Def: 100
  • Speed: 150
  • Total: 680

Calyrex Shadow Rider, the counterpart to Ice Rider, is a fusion of Calyrex with Spectrier, also from the Crown Tundra expansion. This Psychic/Ghost type fusion is known for its incredible Speed and Special Attack, making it one of the fastest and most potent special attackers in the game.

Its ability, As One, combines the effects of Unnerve and Grim Neigh, preventing opponents from eating Berries and boosting its Special Attack upon knocking out a foe. While its design is elegant and its offensive capabilities are top-tier, its fragility compared to other fusions keeps it lower on the list.

4) Necrozma Dawn Wings

Base Stats:

  • HP: 97
  • Attack: 113
  • Defense: 109
  • Sp. Atk: 157
  • Sp. Def: 127
  • Speed: 77
  • Total: 680

Necrozma Dawn Wings is the fusion of Necrozma with Lunala, from Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. This version emphasizes a spectral aesthetic, blending Lunala's ghostly form with Necrozma's crystalline elements.

Dawn Wings Necrozma is a Psychic/Ghost type, featuring a high Special Attack and access to moves like Moongeist Beam. Its ability, Prism Armor, provides added durability.

This form is technically four times weak to Ghost and Dark-type moves, but thanks to Prism Armor, those moves only have a three times effect on Dawn Wings Necrozma. While it may not be as defensively robust as its counterpart, its offensive capabilities make it a significant threat in battle.

It is important to note that Dawn Wings Necrozma is immune to Normal and Fighting types, providing a great switch-in utility to any team.

3) Black Kyurem

Base Stats:

  • HP: 125
  • Attack: 170
  • Defense: 100
  • Sp. Atk: 120
  • Sp. Def: 90
  • Speed: 95
  • Total: 700

Black Kyurem is the fusion of Kyurem with Zekrom from Pokemon Black 2 and White 2. This Dragon/Ice-type creature excels in physical attacks, boasting an immense Attack stat. Its ability, Teravolt, allows its moves to bypass certain defensive abilities, such as Levitate.

Black Kyurem's design melds Zekrom's electric power with Kyurem's icy essence, creating a visually striking and powerful combatant. Black Kyurem is on par with its counterpart in terms of stats and utility.

Despite having five type weaknesses, it, and its counterpart, have the highest total base stat on this list.

2) White Kyurem

  • Attack: 120
  • Defense: 90
  • Sp. Atk: 170
  • Sp. Def: 100
  • Speed: 95
  • Total: 700

The counterpart to Black Kyurem, White Kyurem, also introduced in Black 2 and White 2, is the result of Kyurem fusing with Reshiram. This Dragon/Ice type fusion is known for its impressive Special Attack, making it one of the most powerful special attackers in the game.

White Kyurem’s ability, Turboblaze, allows its moves to ignore the effects of abilities that could otherwise hinder it. Its design, which combines the fiery elegance of Reshiram with the icy core of Kyurem, makes it a fan favorite both aesthetically and competitively.

Just like Black Kyurem, White Kyurem has five type weaknesses but has the highest total base stat on this list of 700.

1) Necrozma Dusk Mane

Base Stats:

  • HP: 97
  • Attack: 157
  • Defense: 127
  • Sp. Atk: 113
  • Sp. Def: 109
  • Speed: 77
  • Total: 680

Similar to its counterpart, Necrozma Dusk Mane is the fusion of Necrozma with Solgaleo, also introduced in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. This fusion boasts a striking design that merges the celestial elegance of Solgaleo with the crystalline structure of Necrozma.

This makes Dusk Mane, with its Steel/Psychic type, very powerful in both competitive and casual play, having high Attack with moves such as Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, and Sunsteel Strike. Adding moves like Solar Beam, Stone Edge, Earthquake, X-Scissor, and Shadow Claw also enable coverage over its type weaknesses.

What really sets this Legendary Pokemon apart is its ability, Prism Armor: this reduces the damage from super-effective moves, making it a defensive juggernaut. Its four weaknesses won't be as much of an issue since Prism Armor cuts damage from those attacks to 1.5x instead of the usual 2x.

The concept of fusions adds a unique layer of strategy and excitement to the games, allowing players to experience powerful combinations of their favorite Pokemon.

From the defensive might of Necrozma-Dusk Mane to the blistering speed of Calyrex Shadow Rider, each fusion offers distinct advantages and challenges.

Whether you're a competitive battler or a casual player, these fusions provide a thrilling addition to the franchise's universe.
