5 shinies to look out for in Pokemon GO Scorching Steps
1) Shiny Hisuian Growlithe
Hisuian Growlithe, available from 5 km Eggs, is a must-hunt critter during this event. This ancient variant of Growlithe has a bright-hued look, and its Shiny evolved form is even more impressive.
Adding a Shiny Hisuian Arcanine to your collection will not only enhance your roster but also showcase your dedication to finding rare Pokemon. Additionally, with the 2 times Candy the event bonus gives for hatching Eggs, evolving this Shiny will be quicker than ever.
2) Shiny Litleo
Litleo can be found in 5 km Eggs and as a reward for completing Field Research tasks. You will have an increased chance to encounter and hatch Shiny Litleo during Scorching Steps, giving you a higher likelihood of owning both Shiny forms of Pyroar, which vary by gender.
Additionally, the event's 1/2 Egg Hatch Distance bonus means you will be hatching these Eggs faster, speeding up your hunt for this unique Shiny.
3) Shiny Turtonator
Turtonator, available from 10 km Eggs and through Field Research tasks, is another excellent Shiny to target. Apart from being a rare find, this Fire/Dragon-type Pokemon's Shiny form features a unique color palette, making it a standout addition to any collection.
Thanks to the event bonuses, you can hatch those 10 km Eggs more efficiently, especially with the 1/4 Egg Hatch Distance for the first three Eggs using the Pokemon GO Egg hatching widget. This makes chasing Shiny Turtonator a more rewarding and efficient endeavor.
4) Shiny Charcadet
Charcadet, also found in 10 km Eggs, offers the exciting possibility of evolving into two different Shiny forms: Shiny Armarouge and Shiny Ceruledge. This dual-evolution path adds an extra layer of excitement to hunting Shiny Charcadet.
With the event's reduced hatch distances, you can collect enough Charcadet candies to complete both evolutionary lines in your Shiny collection much faster.
5) Shiny Larvesta
Making its Shiny debut during Scorching Steps, Larvesta can hatch from 2 km, 5 km, and 10 km Eggs. Shiny Larvesta evolves into Shiny Volcarona, a powerful and visually stunning Pokemon. The addition of Shiny Larvesta and Volcarona to your team will undoubtedly be a highlight of this event.
The event bonuses, including double candy from hatching and reduced hatch distances, will make it easier to evolve Larvesta into the majestic Shiny Volcarona.
The Scorching Steps event is about to be a real blast for Pokemon GO players, offering the possibility of hunting rare, stunning Shiny Pokemon while enjoying a variety of bonuses during the event. Mark the date and be ready to head off on a Shiny hunting adventure like never before.
