Naganadel, Poipole's evolution, enters Pokemon GO during the Ultra Space Wonders event. Trainers are preparing for its arrival by collecting candies for Poipole. Players will need 200 candies and to catch 20 Dragon-type Pokemon with Poipole as their buddy in order to evolve it. This means the candy cost makes up a substantial part of the process of obtaining a Naganadel.
Since Poipole doesn't appear outside of Pokemon GO's World of Wonders and Wonder Ticket research at the moment, trainers are somewhat limited in ways to rack up candy. However, there are still a few options on the table that, while not ensuring players will get 200 candies in a heartbeat, should at least ease the grind of collecting them.
Tips for getting 200 Poipole Candy in Pokemon GO
Set Poipole as your buddy

For all intents and purposes, it's almost a necessity for Pokemon GO trainers to set Poipole as their buddy to get the required 200 candies. Since it can't be found during most ordinary gameplay, walking with Poipole as a buddy ensures a steady stream of candies. This can be a slow process depending on how much players travel. However, slow progress is better than none.
The good news is that players can use this method alongside others to help supplement their candy intake, as it isn't advised to simply walk one's way to 200 Poipole Candy.
Beating raids with regularity

Alongside buddy candies, the best way to get Poipole candy is to collect Rare Candies, which can be converted into candy for any Pokemon. With that in mind, players should take on the highest-tier raids they can, as Rare Candies can be awarded after the completion of a raid. Tier 5 raids tend to be the best option in this regard.
Tier 1 raids have a 19.7% chance of providing a single Rare Candy. Meanwhile, Tier 3 raids have a 18.35% chance to reward trainers with two Rare Candies. Beating a Tier 5 raid gives a 17.86% chance to reward players with three candies, and taking down a Mega Raid will guarantee two Rare Candies.
Since Mega Raids are quite difficult and can't be as reliably farmed for many players, sticking to the highest-tier raid possible for a trainer's means is the way to go.
Compete in the GO Battle League

This may be a bit difficult for some trainers, but securing a four-win streak in any Pokemon GO Battle League will reward them with three Rare Candies.
Going on a win streak isn't easy if trainers don't have high-end PvP teams to work with. However, eventually, the game's matchmaking will take multiple losses into account and should place trainers with easier opponents to help them get their streak.
Completing specific field research tasks

During Pokemon GO's World of Wonders season, trainers can complete certain Field Research Tasks obtained from Pokestops to collect Rare Candies to help their Poipole evolution process. Some events may also present Special/Limited Research with Rare Candy rewards, so players should keep an eye out on their calendar for the chance of getting extra candy.
As of the World of Wonders season, the following Field Research Tasks can reward Rare Candies:
- Catch a Dragon-type Pokemon - 3x Rare Candy
- Catch a Ditto - 3x Rare Candy
- Make Three Great Throws in a Row - 1x Rare Candy
- Make Three Great Curveball Throws - 1x Rare Candy
There are no two ways about it; collecting 200 Poipole Candy is a tough task. However, by combining as many of the methods above together as they are comfortable with, players should have their Naganadel before too long.
