Pokemon GO now has all the Ultra Beasts, where the latest debutants are Blacephalon and Stakataka. Trainers may wonder which ones are best for the Pokemon GO Battle League. While all of them are powerful, only some can vie against the top critters of the GBL meta. When trainers learn about this, they can create a strong team for the competition.

Pokemon GO Battle League: Best Ultra Beast for each format

1) Great League

In the Great League of the GBL, the following Ultra Beasts are strong:

• Guzzlord, and it ranks #38.

This means Celesteela, Blacephalon, Naganadel, Stakataka, Nihilego, Pheromosa, Xurkitree, Kartana, and Buzzwole should be avoided in the Great League.

2) Ultra League

These Ultra Beasts are best in GBL’s Ultra League:

• Guzzlord, and it ranks #21.
• Buzzwole, and it ranks #57.

Remember to kick out Kartana, Blacephalon, Stakataka, Nihilego, Xurkitree, Buzzwole, Naganadel, and Nihilego from your Ultra League teams.

3) Master League

Trainers should only use the listed below Ultra Beasts in the Master League from the Pokemon GO Battle League:

• Buzzwole, and it ranks #51.
• Nihilego and it ranks #86.
• Guzzlord, and it ranks #107.

Blacephalon, Kartana, and Celesteela are more useful in ML than Pheromosa, Naganadel, Stakataka, and Xurkitree. However, none of them are robust enough to go toe-to-toe against the top critters of this meta.

Using these Ultra Beasts in the Great League Remix is best, and they are as follows:

• Guzzlord, and it ranks #11.

Celesteela can also be used in this mode, but it is not a top choice. Aside from these two, none of the Ultra Beasts are viable here.

In the Fantasy Cup of the Pokemon GO Battle League, these Pocket Monsters should be used:

• Naganadel, and it ranks #67.

Except for the Ultra Beasts above, others have no use in the Final Fantasy Cup of the GO Battle League.
