To get Shadow Shiny Pokemon from Team GO Rocket Leaders, you must defeat them in battle. To do so, you must first locate them by collecting Mysterious Components by beating Grunts. Once the battle with the respective leader ends, it leads to a Shadow Pokemon encounter. This creature can be shiny.
