Special eggs with exclusive hatch pools can also be found by using Pokemon GO's Adventure Sync feature, which rewards players for being active even while the game is off. A 5 km egg is rewarded after walking 25 km in a week, with a 10 kg one being granted after 50.

The super variant hatches eggs 33 percent faster than the standard unit, but both will be destroyed after being used to hatch three eggs.
