As mentioned above, Ho-Oh will have a Combat Power stat of 50,064. It will have an attack stat of 239 and a defense stat of 244. So, not only will it hit hard like a truck, but it will also absorb a lot of damage coming from the attackers.

Furthermore, it has access to amazing moves. Ho-Oh can have Fast moves like Extrasensory, Hidden Power, Incinerate, and Steel Wing, and Charged moves like Brave Bird, Solar Beam, Sacred Fire, Fire Blast, and Earthquake. So, strong moves with stats to justify them make it extremely hard to solo defeat Ho-Oh in Pokemon GO.

Besides using the right monsters, it is important to dodge the attacks coming from Ho-Oh.
