Appearance
Eldegoss is based on a dandelion flower and because of this, the part above its head is white, fluffy and large, full of seeds. It seems to resemble fluffy hair. Below it is a stem-like structure which connects the fluffy part to its head and is entirely in green. Its face is of a lighter colour with two brown eyes and mouth right below it. Its lower body is also green and it resembles a gown while around its neck is a scarf-like part which has a collar as well.
Behavior
Before evolving, Gossifleur are happy go lucky Pokemon which just basked in sunlight and revitalized its flowers. However, after evolving into an Eldegoss, it becomes one of the most resourceful Pokemon in the universe. Not only does it benefit other plants and Pokemon by scattering its nutritious seeds, it also provides cotton from its head, which can be spun to make beautiful clothes.
Strengths and Weaknesses
Eldegoss is a pure Grass type so its weaknesses are pretty basic. It is weak against Poison, Flying, Bug, Fire and Ice type moves, and thus takes double the normal damage. It has no immunities but is resistant to Ground, Water, Grass and Electric type attacks.
Best moveset
Eldegoss is barely viable competitively and because of this, it has a hard time battling stronger meta Pokemon. Rapid Spin can be used to remove entry hazards like Spikes and Stealth Rock. Giga Drain will be helpful in recovering health. This will especially come in handy if there are entry hazards which will damage the Pokemon on entry. Aromatherapy can help cure the poison from Toxic Spikes and Pollen Puff is a good offensive move. In double battles, this can be incredibly helpful to heal allies as they dish out damage.
