Cosmog in Pokemon GO was released at the start of the Season of Light in September 2022. It is the base form of the box legendaries from the Alola region—Solgaleo and Lunala. Given its status, it is an extremely rare Pocket Monster in Niantic's mobile game. As of July 2024, it has been only available thrice.
Given its rarity and potential to evolve into Solgaleo or Lunala, Cosmog is highly sought-after in Pokemon GO. This is even more so, with the addition of Dusk Mane Necrozma and Dawn Wings Necrozma to the game.
This article covers everything you need to know about getting your hands on Cosmog in Pokemon GO.
