How to get Dynamax Cryogonal in Pokemon GO

You can find Dynamax Cryogonal in the following ways:

• 3-star Max Battles
• Trade

3-star Max Battles

Cryogonal will be part of 3-star Max Battles in Pokemon GO. The entry cost has been fixed at 400 MP, and will only be deducted from your account if you win the fight. Note that you have to be within an 80-meter radius of a Power Spot to challenge Dynamax Cryogonal.

The following are the best counters to use for these battles:

• Charizard (even better if you have the Gigantamax variant) with Fire Spin and Blast Burn
• Machamp with Karate Chop and Close Combat
• Metagross with Bullet Punch and Meteor Mash

Trade

If you are unable to find a Cryogonal from Max Battles, you can always have a friend trade you one. It should be noted that unless you have caught one of these critters before (without the D-Max factor also works), it will count as a Special Trade.

Moreover, any Max Moves upgraded before the trade will be brought back to level one.
