Catch in the wild

Electrode can be captured as a spawn in the wild. However, it is quite difficult to encounter, as it is a rare find. As far as we know, Electrode has only been featured twice in the wild in Pokemon GO events throughout the game's history.

The titles of the two events that featured Electrode were GO Tour Poke Ball Prep Rally and Power Plant and were available to participate in 2022.

Beat Raid Battles

Electrode in Pokemon GO is a 3-star Raid Boss. You can encounter it by taking it down during battle. It is weak to Ground-type moves: these attacks are super-effective against the Pokemon. On the other hand, it takes reduced damage from Electric-, Flying-, and Steel-type attacks.

The best counters to beat the Ball Pokemon are Primal Groudon, Mega Garchomp, Shadow Rhyperior, Shadow Excadrill, Therian Forme Landorus, and Shadow Mamoswine.
