Gallade in Pokemon GO has been around since January 2019. The creature's shiny form was released in August of the same year. It is even available in its Shadow form, and its Mega Evolution was released on January 11, 2025. There are several ways to acquire it in Niantic's mobile game.

Evolve Kirlia
Male Kirlia (the evolved form of Ralts) evolves into Gallade when fed 100 Candy and given a Sinnoh Stone. It is a special evolution and players can trigger it only if they fulfill both requirements simultaneously.

Catch from raids
Gallade is available as a three-star raid boss with 21,910 CP during certain events. It is also available from Mega Raids. Completing these challenges rewards you with an encounter with Gallade directly. The spawn's CP lies in one of the following ranges:
- No weather boost: 1,688 - 1767 CP at Level 20 (10/10/10 - 15/15/15 IVs)
- Weather boosted (Windy or Cloudy): 2,110 - 2,209 CP at Level 25 (10/10/10 - 15/15/15 IVs)

Trade
If you can't capture Gallade in Pokemon GO in other ways, you can always have an in-game friend trade you one. However, since you won't have the creature registered in your Pokedex, it will count as a Special Trade and cost you a hefty amount of Stardust. Moreover, the creature's IVs will be randomized.
Can Gallade be shiny in Pokemon GO?
Shiny Gallade has been available in Pokemon GO since August 2019's Ralts Community Day event. All methods of acquiring it have a 1-in-128 chance of spawning its shiny variant.

How to Mega Evolve Gallade in Pokemon GO
