How to get Heat Rotom in Pokemon GO

Heat Rotom in Pokemon GO can presently only be acquired by ticket-holding players at the in-person GO Fest 2024 events in Sendai, Madrid, and New York City. It was released at the start of the event in Sendai and will next be available on July 5, 6, and 7, at the Randall Island event in New York City, USA.

To encounter Heat Rotom, you must make use of the GO Snapshot feature. Whenever you take a picture of any of your critters within the duration of GO Fest New York, you may be photobombed by this Pocket Monster.

Although Shiny Rotom in Pokemon GO is available, it cannot manually change form, making this form of Heat Rotom inaccessible at the moment. All the other appliance forms of Rotom that have been released in the game are also yet to get their shiny debuts.

Unless it is made available in the wild upon release, Shiny Heat Rotom in Pokemon GO will have perma-boosted shiny odds of 1-in-64 like its base form.
