How to catch Sinistea in Pokemon GO

You can get your hands on Sinistea in Pokemon GO in the following ways, as of December 2024:

One-star raids

Sinistea will take over Gyms as a one-star raid boss. It will have 3,845 CP and 600 HP to its name. Being a mono-Ghost-type Pocket Monster, it takes super-effective damage from Ghost- and Dark-type attacks.

Any trainer with a full team of six Ghost- and/or Dark-type creatures over 1,500 CP should be able to take down Sinistea on their own. Use the following search strings to find the best options available to you:

You can capture Sinistea from raids at the following CP ranges:

• No weather boost: 603 - 650 CP at level 20 (10/10/10 - 15/15/15 IVs)
