- Cross the Lake of Outrage on the upgraded Rotom Bike.
- Carefully search for Deino or Zweilous in the grassy area at the top of the hill. Make sure to check that the weather is Raining, Thunderstorm, or Sandstorm! Zweilous will appear wandering in the grass, while Deino can only be encountered in one of the mystery “!” encounters.
- Once you see an exclamation point “!” or Zweilous, run up to it to start the encounter! Carefully battle the Pokémon to bring it to low health (or just throw a quick ball). If you can, try giving it a status effect like Paralysis or Sleep to make it easier to catch.
- Once Deino or Zweilous is at low health, throw your PokéBall! If it manages to break free, just keep trying until you finally add the Pokémon to your Pokédex!
- Next, train your new Deino or Zweilous up to level 64. You can do this by including the Pokémon in your party while you battle and catch Pokémon, or you can feed it Rare Candy or Experience Candy. When Deino reaches level 50, it will evolve into Zweilous, and when Zweilous reaches level 64, it will evolve into Hydreigon.
