Appearance

Morgrem is based on a Leprechaun and is primarily pink and green. The top half of this Pokemon is pink, including its chest, arm and head. The bottom half is green, including stomach, waist and legs. It is humanoid and has a large nose along with large ears with black hair on top of it’s head. Morgrem also has a wicked smile with fangs sticking out of its mouth and really long fingers. It’s arms extend all the way to its legs while the nose of this Pokemon is pointy and faces upwards.

Behavior

Don’t ever feel bad for a Morgrem because it will probably be the end of you. It lures people into woods and then attacks them or makes them lose their way. They play pranks on you and attack you until you subdue them and from that point on, they will beg for mercy on their feet. If you approach it, it will stab you with its spiky hair. This Pokemon is truly a threat and should be steered clear from. However, it is also rumoured that it can accelerate the growth of crops. If you ever get to be friends with one of these Pokemon, make sure to try it out to see if it actually works.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Morgrem has a truly unique typing, Fairy and Dark. It takes double the normal damage from Poison, Steel and Fairy type moves. On the other hand, Morgrem is resistant to both Ghost and Dark type moves but takes a quarter the normal damage from the latter. In addition, it is not only immune to Psychic and Dragon types.

Best moveset

Morgrem can be an incredible support in NFE with not just it’s incredible typing, but also its ability, Prankster. Having this ability is a must have for this Pokemon along with the item Light Clay, which increases the number of turns this move lasts for. Use Light Screen or Reflect first based on whether the opposing Pokemon is a Physical or a Special Attacker. After setting both screens up, make sure to Thunder Wave to not only paralyze the opponent, but also halve their speed. Finally, Dazzling Gleam is your only attacking move. Switching out after utilizing this set is the best case scenario. However, if there is a scenario where you can not switch out, use Dazzling Gleam to slowly chip away the opponent’s HP.
