Niantic teased the Fire Mouse Pokemon was teased through a short clip that they posted on the game's official X channel. The devs are yet to reveal the complete details of the occasion.

Introduced in Generation II, Cyndaquil is a Fire-type Starter Pokemon in Johto. It is also a Partner Pokemon in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. It made its debut in Pokemon GO in 2017, with both its shiny and shadow variants available in-game.

You can evolve Cyndaquil into Quilava with the help of 25 candies and then further into Typhlosion with 100 candies. There's no way to evolve Cyndaquil into Hisuian Typhlosion currently available in-game.

June 2024 will mark the first month of Season of Shared Skies, a new Pokemon GO season. While Niantic hasn't yet revealed all information regarding the same, the GBL move updates have been announced.

Furthermore, trainers will also see the return of Mega Rayquaza during Shared Skies.
