The Group Stage of the Pokemon UNITE Asia Champions League 2025 Southeast Asia concluded on January 11, 2025. The top eight teams have claimed a spot in the Playoffs, while the bottom two were knocked out of the event. The qualified teams will now fight for four spots in the Asia Champions 2025 Finals, which will be held in Shinjuku, Japan.
The Group Stage witnessed the 10 teams competing in a single round-robin structure. All matches were held in a Bo3 (best-of-three) format, with each team playing nine matches. Ultimately, Full Sense and Elevate finished in the bottom two and faced elimination from the event.

The Playoffs are scheduled to be held on January 25, 2025, in a double-elimination bracket. Here are the eight teams that have made it to the Playoffs:

The Asia Champions 2025 SEA has a total prize pool of $50,000. The winner will receive $20,000, while the first and second runners-up will get $10,000 and $7,500, respectively. The fourth-ranked team will secure $5,000. Apart from a share of the prize pool, these four teams will get a spot in the Pokemon UNITE Asia Champions 2025 Finale Japan.
The fifth and sixth-placed clubs will earn $2,500 each, while seventh and eighth-ranked teams will get $1,500 and $1,000 respectively.
Group Stage overview
Buriram United from Thailand was the top performer after winning seven out of their nine matches. ONIC Rise from Indonesia registered second place to their name, while Paper Rex from Singapore claimed third position.
Popular club Talon Esports had a poor start to this Pokemon Unite event but managed to bounce back their last few games. The club ranked fourth with five wins and four losses. Evos Onyx and Alter Ego grabbed fifth and sixth positions, winning four matches each.
Blacklist International and Mirean Sejong had a below-average run but managed to grab a spot in the Playoffs regardless — they came seventh and eighth respectively. Full Sense and Elevate faced hard challenges in the group stage and were in the bottom two of the overall standings.
