Plusle is a small, mouse-like Pokemon. Its body is cream colored and it has red markings. It has red dots on its cheeks and a red plus sign on its tail while its ears are red and flat. Plusle has four limbs that are stubby and have no fingers or toes but it has a small tail and is one of the smallest Pokemon in the game.

Plusle is known as the Cheering Pokemon as it can create sparkly pom poms, which it uses to cheer on its friends, usually Minun. It will cry loudly if its friends lose. It climbs and uses telephone poles to collect electricity. Plusle typically live in grasslands and savannas.
