With that in mind, it doesn't hurt to examine the weaknesses and counters for the 2024 World Championships Pikachu in Pokemon GO raids as well as whether or not this creature can be beaten solo.

Can the 2024 World Championships Pikachu be shiny in Pokemon GO?
In case shiny hunters are wondering, Shiny 2024 World Championship Pikachu will be available to catch during the Pokemon GO World Championship Celebration event, not only from raids but also as a research reward. This was confirmed by Niantic in an announcement, stating:
"A new costumed Pokémon will appear during this event! World Championships 2024 Pikachu. If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny one!" - Niantic, Pokemongolive.com, August 1, 2024
Unless its shiny appearance rate is boosted by Niantic during this event, this Pikachu should have an approximate appearance rate of 1/512 or roughly 0.2% rounded up.
This isn't a great base appearance rate, but it's possible that Niantic may make this Shiny Pikachu more likely to appear during the 2024 World Championships Celebration.
