The Pokemon GO Adventure Week 2024 Timed Research is a paid questline that trainers can pick up for US$2.00 (or the same in their local currency) from the in-game shop. Its tasks involve exploring the in-game world, hatching eggs, and completing Field Research tasks. As rewards for completing the questline, players will pick up a Super Incubator and an Aerodactyl encounter.

Adventure Week 2024 began on Friday, August 2, 2024, at 10 am local time and ends on Monday, August 12, 2024, at 11.59 pm local time. Apart from the Timed Research, Adventure Week 2024 also provides Field Research tasks and Collection Challenges for trainers to complete.

During Adventure Week 2024, Fossil Pokemon will appear in the wild and as research encounters in Pokemon GO, with several having an increased chance of spawning as their shiny variants.
