How to prepare for the Pokemon GO Better Together Ultra Unlock Part 1 event

It is advisable to use Lucky Eggs whenever you are out playing during the Better Together event. With a Lucky Egg, you will get 8x Catch XP for catching Pokemon. This is arguably the highest catch XP multiplier that you can get in this game, so, ensure you make the most of this bonus.

In addition, while the Lucky Eggs are active, you can potentially get 8,000 XP with every catch if you get an Excellent Throw each time. So, it is advisable to focus on making each throw properly. If you get the Curved Throw, First Ball, and other miscellaneous bonuses with each throw, you can get up to 9,000 XP for every catch.

During this event, friendship levels will increase quicker than normal. So, it is a good time to open gifts and interact with your friends. Since you will have the Lucky Eggs active, sync your Friendship Level-ups to get the XP multiplier.
