The critter has to suffer the damage it receives from the opposing Pokemon. Plus, its double super-effective weaknesses to Rock-type moves make it a fragile contender.

Pokemon GO Butterfree’s Grass-type moves are of no use in PvP battles since they cannot provide coverage against a wide array of attacks. Instead, it receives brutal hits from others due to its non-complimentary stats.
