The Pokemon GO Cyndaquil Community Day Classic event is now live and trainers can encounter the Gen II Fire Mouse Pokemon in the wild. Apart from Cyndaquil spawns, players can enjoy various event bonuses, a feature attack for Typhlosion, an event-exclusive Special Research story, and more.

Pokemon GO Cyndaquil Community Day Classic schedule and event bonuses
The event takes place on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 2 pm local time to 5 pm local time, featuring the following event bonuses:
- 2x XP for catching Pokémon.
- 2x Stardust for catching Pokémon.
- Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours.
- Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours.
- Take a few snapshots during Community Day for a surprise!
Pokemon GO Cyndaquil Community Day Classic featured Pokemon and attack
Cyndaquil spawns with increased frequency in the wild during the event. Lucky trainers may also encounter a shiny variant of the Fire Mouse Pokemon.
Those who evolve Quilava during the event or up to two hours afterward will get their hands on a Typhlosion with Charged Attack Blast Burn (Trainer Battles: 110 power || Gyms & raids: 110 power)

Pokemon GO Cyndaquil Community Day Classic Special Research, Field Research, and PokeStop Showcase
An event-exclusive Cyndaquil Community Day Classic Special Research is available to trainers for $1.00 from the in-game shop. Rewards include XP, Stardust, Star Piece, Rocket Radar, and more. Players can also complete event-themed Field Research tasks.
Furthermore, Cyndaquil and Typhlosion are being featured in Pokemon GO PokeStop Showcases during the event.
