Is Dachsbun good in Pokemon GO PvP and PvE?

Dachsbun fills a very niche role in both the Great League and the Ultra League. It is a bulky Charm user with access to two 35-energy Charged Attacks. One of those is Psychic Fangs, which lowers the target's Defense by one stage, allowing Charm to do even more damage.

Dachsbun fills an alternative role to Wigglytuff. While the latter shines when shields are down, the former can farm enemies down with ease.
