• 2× Stardust for catching Pokemon.
• 2× XP for catching Pokemon.

• Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours.

You can make the most of the Festival of Lights in Pokemon GO by doing the following things:

• Crack open a Star Piece and a Lucky Egg to increase your Stardust and XP gains even further.
• Look at the current Pokemon GO Rocket Grunt lineup and try to complete as many of these battles as possible to farm up the best PvP and PvE picks from this slot. With the Mankey Community Day coming up soon finding some Shadow Mankey to evolve into Shadow Annihilape with Rage Fist is a good idea.
• Utilize Incense to increase the number of spawns around you. This will help you take advantage of the other event bonuses as well.
• With the 2x Catch Stardust bonus active, try to capture as many Morelull as possible as it already gives additional Stardust when caught.
