Is Galarian Slowbro good in Pokemon GO PvP and PvE?

Galarian Slowbro in PvP

Galarian Slowbro can hold its own in PvP due to its unique movepool and typing. Confusion is a great Fast Move for dishing out solid damage, while Poison Jab is also a viable alternative that provides slightly more energy gain. The latter is particularly valuable because it's unique to Galarian Slowbro within its evolutionary family.

Among its Charged Attacks, Brutal Swing stands out as the cheapest option, offering coverage against Ghost- and Psychic-types. Surf is another effective move that helps in countering Ground-type opponents.

Sludge Bomb provides decent all-around performance, but doesn’t offer much type coverage. Psychic is somewhat underwhelming and Focus Blast costs more energy, but could be a rewarding Charged Attack.

Galarian Slowbro in PvE

When it comes toPokemon GO's PvE content like raids and gym battles, Galarian Slowbro unfortunately doesn’t shine. Its stats are underwhelming, especially when compared to other available Pokemon. While it does have decent bulk and resistances, it isn’t strong enough to make an impact in raids.

That said, Galarian Slowbro can still be somewhat useful in gym defense due to its high stamina and resistances to common Fighting-type attackers. However, don’t expect it to perform as well as more popular gym defenders.
