Your Pokemon GO Gigalith or Shiny Gigalith has two movesets for two different battle formats. While using the monster in PvP (GO Battle League) play, you need to provide it with the correct attacks. Similarly, the Raid moveset for Gigalith must be distinct.

Best PvP moveset for Gigalith

  • Fast Move: Smack Down
  • Charged Moves: Superpower and Meteor Beam

Best Raid moveset for Gigalith

  • Fast Move: Smack Down
  • Charged Moves: Meteor Beam

In the above movesets, Smack Down and Meteor Beam are Rock-type attacks, whereas Superpower is a Fighting-type move. Aside from the Fighting type, Gigalith can activate the Same Type of Attack Bonus (STAB) effect for maximum damage output.

Gigalith’s max Combat Power (CP) can reach up to 3,650 in Pokemon GO. Its best Raid moveset can deal 15.28 damage per second to opponents. Meanwhile, the total damage output (TDO) of the moveset is 487.93, meaning Gigalith does 487.93 damage with its moves before fainting.

You can further improve the monster’s statistics by enabling the STAB effect, where the effect boosts the TDO by 1.2*.

From the above analysis, we can conclude that Gigalith is a decent pick in Raid Battles and Gym defense fights. However, it is not worthy in PvP mode, which is the GO Battle League (GBL). Honestly, the Compressed Pokemon has no utility in GBL, making it the worst addition to have in this format.
