Is Pokemon GO Honchkrow good in PvP?

Honchkrow is not effective in any PvP format, meaning it should not be used in the Great League, Ultra League, or Master League. Although it has strong offensive capabilities, it suffers defensively. Its high bulk stat doesn’t help much in sustaining itself in metas, where strong contenders can easily defeat it.

Is Pokemon GO Honchkrow good in PvE?

Honchkrow performs decently but not exceptionally in PvE battles, such as Raids and Gym Defense.

High CP Pocket Monsters like Honchkrow tend to lose motivation quickly when defending Gyms, requiring frequent Berry feeding to keep them motivated.

With a max CP of 3065, Honchkrow doesn’t fare well in Gym battles due to its high Attack and Stamina stats but poor Defense. However, it can be a decent Raid Attacker due to its access to STAB moves, which can deal extra damage in favorable weather conditions.
