Is Kabutops good in Pokemon GO PvP and PvE?
Kabutops in Pokemon GO PvP
Kabutops has underwhelming performances in PvP battles across all formats, including the Great League and the Ultra League. The critter doesn't have either the damage output or the bulk to sustain itself in the limited CP metas.
Kabutops' lack of bulk is made worse by its terrible defensive typing, which leaves it with a 4x weakness to Grass-type attacks. It is also weak to Electric, Fighting, and Ground, which are some of the most common offensive typings in these formats.
Kabutops Pokemon GO PvE
Despite being an attack-weighted critter, Kabutops doesn't have the necessary moves or offensive presence to shine as a Water or Rock-type attacker. It has no strengths, and therefore, is not worth using in either Gyms or Raids.
