Pokemon GO Max Out Finale: Schedule, event bonuses, and more

Pokemon GO Max Out Finale is the current Season Of Max Out's final event. It marks the debut of new Pocket Monsters, along with the return of Regidrago and Regieleki in 5-star raids. Trainers will also be able to participate in ticketed event-exclusive Timed Research during its run.

The season of Max Out is scheduled to end on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 10 am local time. Niantic recently teased the next Pokemon GO season, with many speculating it could mark the reappearance of Hoopa into the mix.

Pokemon GO Max Out Finale event overview

Schedule and event bonuses

Max Out Finale takes place from Wednesday, November 27, at 10 am local time to Sunday, December 1, 2024, at 8 pm local time. The event bonuses in place will be:

  • Additional 5,000 XP awarded for successful raids.
  • 1/2 Hatch Distance for Eggs placed in Incubators during the event.
  • The Remote Raid Pass limit will be increased to 10 during the event.

Pokemon GO debuts

Galarian Corsola and Cursola are making their debuts in-game during Max Out Finale. Shiny Galarian Corsola will also be available to lucky trainers. The Coral Pokemon will be available as a 7 km egg hatch. Trainers can then evolve Galarian Corsola into Cursola with the help of 50 Corsola Candy.

Max Out Finale will also see the first appearance of Shiny Regieleki and Shiny Regidrago in Pokemon GO. They may be encountered by trainers as they fight the Legendary Titans in 5-star raids.

Wild encounters, egg hatches, and raid bosses

The following Pocket Monsters will have a boosted spawn rate in the wild during the event:

  • Grookey
  • Scorbunny
  • Sobble
  • Skwovet [shiny encounter available]
  • Wooloo [shiny encounter available]
  • Falinks [shiny encounter available]
  • Hatten (lucky encounter)

The Max Out Finale 7 km egg hatches are:

  • Galarian Meowth [shiny encounter available]
  • Galarian Ponyta [shiny encounter available]
  • Galarian Slowpoke [shiny encounter available]
  • Galarian Farfetch'd [shiny encounter available]
  • Galarian Corsola [shiny encounter available]
  • Galarian Zigzagoon [shiny encounter available]
  • Galarian Darumaka [shiny encounter available]
  • Galarian Yamask [shiny encounter available]
  • Galarian Stunfisk [shiny encounter available]

Field Research, Collection Challenges, and Timed Research

Event-themed Field Research tasks will be available during the Max Out Finale event. Trainers will also be able to purchase a ticketed event-exclusive Timed Research (costing US$5.00), providing rewards like:

  • Encounters with event-themed Pokémon
  • An event-themed avatar pose

Trainers will also get to participate in and complete event-themed Collection Challenges for rewards like XP, Silver Pinap Berries, and Rare Candy.

Max Out Finale-exclusive ticket

The event-exclusive ticket is available for US$10.00. The following bonuses are available as part of it:

  • Five additional Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs each day of the event
  • 5,000 additional XP awarded for successful raids
  • 3 additional Candy for catching Pokémon in five-star Raid Battles
  • 1 additional Candy XL for catching Pokémon in five-star Raid Battles
