Pokemon GO Mega Gallade Raid Day marks the first appearance of the mega evolved version of the Blade Pokemon in-game. The event will be live for a three-hour-long window, with one of the bonuses being Remote Raid pass limit being increased to 20. Mega Gallade Raid Day takes place on Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 2 pm to 5 pm local time. The event bonuses are
- Remote Raid Pass limit increased to 20 from Friday, January 10, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. to Saturday, January 11, at 7:00 p.m. PST.
- Receive up to five additional free Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs (for a total of seven).
- Increased chance of encountering Shiny Gallade from Mega Raids.

Mega Gallade debuts in Pokemon GO with today's event. Like Mega Gardevoir, Mega Gallade will require 200 Mega Energy.

Event Ticket
The Mega Gallade Raid Day Event Ticket costs US$5.00 (or similar in players' local currency). The following bonuses are available with it:
- Eight additional Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs (for a daily total of 15).
- Increased chance to get Rare Candy XL from Raid Battles.
- 50% more XP from Raid Battles.
- 2× Stardust from Raid Battles.
The event-exclusive ticket's bonus will be in play till Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 2 pm to 10 pm local time. Pokemon GO trainers can gift this ticket to those with whom they have a Great Friends or high Friendship Level.
