Pokemon GO Mega Lucario Raid Day sees the debut of the much anticipated mega evolution of the Gen IV Aura Pokemon. The Fighting- and Steel-type pocket monster is a community favorite and its latest evolution is set to be a force to reckon with, especially with the Force Palm move.

The Mega Lucario Raid Day is Part 3 of the Ultra Unlock event. Part 1 brought Tandemaus and Maushold into the mix while the ongoing Part 2 saw the debut of Shiny Togedemaru in Pokemon GO.

Mega Lucario Raid Day takes place on Saturday, July 27, 2024, from 11 am local time to 5 pm local time. The event bonuses involved are as follows:

Mega Lucario will appear more frequently in raids
Receive up to five additional free Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs
Increased chance to encounter Shiny Lucario
1.5× more XP from Raid Battles
Increased chance to get Rare Candy XL from in-person Raid Battles
The Remote Raid limit will be increased to 20 from Friday, July 26, at 5:00 p.m. to Saturday, July 27, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. PDT

Pokemon GO Mega Lucario Raid Day: Featured Attack and Event Ticket

Lucarion caught from raids during the event will know the Fast Attack move Force Palm. It has 13 power in Trainer Battles and 9 power in Gyms & raids.

Trainers can also pick up the event ticket for US$5.00 (or its equivalent in players' local currency). It provides the following bonuses:

13 additional Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs
Increased chance to get Rare Candy XL from Raid Battles
One guaranteed Rare Candy XL when catching Lucario
3× more XP from Raid Battles
2× Stardust from Raid Battles

The Pokemon GO Mega Lucario Raid Day event ticket bonuses are active between Saturday, July 27, 2024, from 11 am local time to 10 pm local time.
