Is Palkia good in Pokemon GO PvP and PvE?

Palkia in Pokemon GO PvE

You cannot use Palkia as a Gym Defender in Pokemon GO. It can be used as a Water-type as well as a Dragon-type attacker in Raid Battles.

However, keep in mind that Pokemon GO Palkia's Charged Attack Draco Meteor is not as great as the Charged Attack Spacial Rend, which Origin Forme Palkia possesses. So, it cannot perform as an all-rounder pick like Rayquaza and Dawn Wings Necrozma.
